Ready To Check Out?
Thank you so much for staying in the Lazy Deer Tiny Cabin, we truly hope you enjoyed your stay. Here is a small checklist for your departure:
Check out is no later than 11AM, unless previously agreed to, in writing, by host on your reservation. This is especially important so that the house can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests’ arrival.
Departures after 11AM will result in charges at a rate of $50 for each 30 minutes past 11:00AM.
Take out all garbage and secure in the outside bin. (Please empty fridge of opened, perishable items) Make sure that all garbage is secured in bags, our collection service will not pick up the garbage if there are any loose items. In this case we will charge $17 for the missed week's service.
Clean all dishes used and put away where found.
Please do not leave any laundry in the washer.
During the winter months, do NOT turn off the heater. Please set the temperature to 60. Turning off the heat can result in water pipes freezing and cracking. In the event of damages as a result of heating being turned off, guest will be charged for full costs of damages.
Close all windows prior to leaving. Damages as a result of windows left open may result in additional charges.
Make sure to engage the "lock" on your way out.
